International payments and refund policy

1. Please note that Shipping policy is mandatory for enablement of international and policy should include a number of days separately for domestic and international on the website. 

We endeavour to initiate the shipping of your products within 2-5 working days of receiving your order in most cases. Please take note of our standard operating hours, which are from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. Order processing and dispatch are exclusively conducted during these hours. It is important to clarify that any delivery or dispatch timeframes mentioned on the website do not include weekends or local and national holidays.

Order-to-Delivery Process:

  1. We strive to ship orders within 2-5 working days of placement.

  2. The products undergo a quality control inspection by our experts.

  3. Subsequently, the products are carefully packaged in eco-friendly paper packaging.

  4. Following this, our trusted delivery partners will transport the products to the address specified in the order.



2. Delivery Partners: We are committed to delivering excellent customer service, swift delivery, and cost-effective prices. We work with Bluedart and Dhelivery for domestic orders and DHL for international shipments.


3. Estimated Time to Deliver:

Our delivery partners offer global delivery. No matter where you are, we ensure that your order will reach you in approximately 7 to 14 business days in the US, Canada, UK and Australia from the date of purchase. Rest assured, all orders are dispatched in fully protected packaging to guarantee that the products arrive in perfect condition. However, we can not guarantee the timeliness of delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances.


4. Delivery Charges:

We provide complimentary delivery for all orders except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders domestically. Our International shipment fee is predicted at checkout for each order. Although we do offer free shipping on a certain value. 

  

5. Order Tracking:

Should you wish to cancel an order you've placed, you can do so by logging in and cancelling or by contacting us by clicking here and providing the order number and Name. If applicable, your payment will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

International orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

In the event you receive the wrong size, a damaged product, or a subpar-quality product on your first purchase, we accept refund requests for bras within 7 days.
