In the event you receive the wrong size, a damaged product, or a subpar quality product on your first purchase, we accept refund requests for bras within 7 days. No refunds will be accepted from your second purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any underwear products. Once purchased, underwear items cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you receive faulty or damaged product(s), please initiate an exchange or replacement request.
Exchanges for Defective Items:We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
