Refund policy

At Intimate Queen, your comfort and trust matter most. While we design every piece to feel like a second skin, we understand that sometimes, things don’t fit quite right. Here’s how our return policy works for our UAE, UK and US customers:

Bras

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  
• For hygiene reasons, returns may be denied if the product appears used or damaged.
  

Briefs / Underwear

• Due to intimate hygiene protocols, underwear is non-returnable.
  
• Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived damaged.

Please email us at Orders@intimatequeen.com with your order ID, item name, and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

💰 Order Refund and Cancellations Policy

Bras:

• Returnable within 15 days, unworn, with tags.

Briefs/Underwear:

• Due to hygiene reasons, not eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the received product.

Shipping Charges:

• Non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

❌ Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hour of placement, provided they are not yet fulfilled.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return if eligible.
